What will you do here?

  • Supporting customers throughout the sales and post-sales process.
  • Handling sales-related admin (invoicing, communication with accounting, payment checks).
  • Managing customers in the CRM system, and preparing sales reports.
  • Communicating with schools and other clients in the education sector.
  • Presenting our products and services (and later also creating offers in CZ/SK).
  • Providing basic technical support and user onboarding.
  • Collaborating closely with our sales, marketing, tech and development teams.

What skills, experience will you need for this?

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to listen to customer needs.
  • A systematic and detail-oriented mindset.
  • Basic technical understanding (e.g., working with apps, setting up accounts, etc.).
  • Good command of English (spoken and written).

What will be an advantage to you but is not mandatory?

  • Experience in sales, customer or technical support.
  • Interest in IT or online education (VR, 3D, apps).
  • Experience working in Office 365 or some sort of CRM (e.g. Pipedrive).
